世界で年間わずか700本しか造られない、Finca Marañuela の最高級ナチュールワイン。
その中でも「Cariño」を133本の限定生産のうち、日本へは40本をお裾分けしていただいた。「Marañuela」は75本が届けられました。2本とも、とても驚くほど希少な存在です。
大規模なワイナリーにはない、家族経営だからこそ可能な徹底した手作業と少量生産。私はその家族経営のオーナーとワイナリーを案内されながら情熱を語り合った。
こだわり抜いた職人の情熱
私は案内を受け、最初に化学肥料や農薬に頼らない畑を見学しました。
そこには1972年からの代々続く葡萄の木が根を張り、自然の力を活かすための益虫たちも大切に育てられています。
醸造場では機械に頼らず、職人の手と足だけでワインが造られ、収穫から選果、発酵、熟成まで、一つ一つの作業に丁寧な手仕事が息づいていました。
土地の個性を最大限に引き出すための細やかな配慮や、自然との共生への情熱は、オーナー・フェリペの想いと職人の誇りが結晶したナチュールワインに色濃く表れています。限られた希少本数の一本一本に、自然と人の情熱が詰まった特別な体験でした。

Felipe is a prepared and hospitable guide of the finca. The immersive experience of the heroic viticulture as well as the coffee, papaya, platano and Maranuela plantation Is simply amazing. The tasting of its wine Is a must-have experience if you want to learn more about the different artisanal and natural interpretation of the Listan Negro and Blanco. Amanda 29/01/2025 I was looking to visit a winery that produced natural wine and booked a group wine tasting here and it was an amazing experience. Getting a tour of the fields and learning about the biodynamic farming and winemaking processes was fascinating, Felipe is an entertaining host and very passionate about what he does. The wine tasting with the beautiful view of the ocean was an amazing memory.

Felipe was so lovely and extremely knowledgeable. The whole experience really was fantastic and completely unforgettable! We feel very blessed and privileged to share this knowledge passed down through generations of family, we'll be telling people about it for years to come. The setting for the winery is beautiful and all the wine's made there are delicious and natural!
