フレッシュで、口当たりが良く、長く、後味がとても心地よい。

Alcoholic grade: 12 % vol.

Elaboration: Wine made from the listán negro variety grape. After a rigorous selection, the fruit undergoes a cryomaceration process after which it undergoes alcoholic fermentation in the presence of the skins and seeds.

Organoleptic characteristics: Ruby red, clean and bright. Intense aromas of red and black fruits, especially blackberries. Fresh, with a good palate, long and very pleasant in the aftertaste.

Pairing

Vega de Yuco red combines perfectly with any table of cold meats, semi-cured cheeses, white meats, vegetable stews and legumes. A wine that stands out for its vocation to combine flavors.
